Gym is breaking down. Equipment is old and ghetto. They use duct tape to fix the cushions of some machines. Gym is also is very small and cramped, also stinks. A lot of hidden fees with this gym. They will gauge you when you cancel just to make more money (although the gym is breaking down), and make it very hard for you to cancel just to make more money, and then threaten to put you into debt collectors. They kept charging my card although I already told them I've canceled.

Love this place! Never busy i never have to wait for anything. Staff is always friendly. The manager Adriana always has a new tip or workout that helps me. Thanks fit express!

The change rooms smell of mould. bad customer service, takes weeks to resolve any issues. unclean. outdated. do not bother

Great gym for $20/month

I have been an member with them on Commercial Drive for 6 months. I still can't believe it's only $20/month. I was paying triple that downtown and it was always busy. It was a bit dirty and dated when I joined but the staff was nice. In the last month they have freshened up the place with a paint job and some new equipment. It is alot cleaner and the staff is always busy now. I usually workout during the day and see alot of the same faces. Everyone is pretty friendly and it's never busy in the afternoon.

DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP TO THIS GYM

Terrible gym. Terrible service. Equipment is old and one night the breaker went 3 times while I was on the treadmill, which is not only annoying but extremely dangerous. I recently tried to cancel my membership (out of the contract period) and they have all of these loop holds to grab more money out of you. Do not even consider a membership to this gym.
