Terrible! Bought for $420.00 light fixtures for our new home last year while under construction. They were aware of this and said no problems with lights. 3 of the 5 lights the electrician couldn't rewire and two had glass pieces that didn't fit. Tried phoning company for over 2 months and no one returned call. They are never in the store. Basically stuck with $420 or product that we cannot use. I would never use this company again and warn anyone to use caution. Rating is MINUS!
I am wondering purchase lightings this summer and I found this store in Craigslist have BLOW OUT SALE promotions. My wife and I are very graceful to find this place. The lighting is not perfect but still very good for us. We will visit again for sure.
Horrible customer service from staff. Not friendly, very rude. Quality of the products were very cheap along with the pricing. If you are looking for a 5 hour project putting together an item with improper directions and no leniency on the returns/exchanges Guo Sheng Building Materials is the place to shop!
Horrible Customer Service. We tried returning lighting and purchasing an item worth more than the Value of the returned items and they would not do it.
yes, you are asking a crystal chandelier for $100, for that reason we can't exchange it. as an accountant, please keep yourself honest and trustbale, you try to return an light after more than one month you bought it. what we did just follow our store polices. by the way, when you said others are rude, please manage your attitude first.
