Crown Pacific is building a large four stage sub/div off Willis Rd in Campbell River. The end result will be approx 110 modern homes on crawl spaces. We have picked out a corner lot at the end of the first street completed. The hole is dug and delivery date is the end of April 2018. To this point in time I am impressed with Brett who is i/c of this entire project and Amber the purchasing agent . A friend who had a home built by CP several years ago said that it was “stress free” and perfect.
