1. The ordering area is next to a drink making ice machine - you cannot order because you cannot hear.
2. The staff are poorly trained in the order area.
3. I spent $30 and had the worst meal I have ever had at any McDonald's.
4. I had to order the coffee 4 times and she still didn't get it on the bill so my son had to go back and order it again.
5. The wrap was dripping and soggy and I left half of it in your garbage.
