I have to agre with bymyra, my husband was there for 4 mos. before he passed. He was complaining about a sore and they said it was a hemroid(it wasnt) Finally after about the 4th or 5th complaint someone checked and it was from sitting in his wheelchair for hours. Another thing is they are so under staffed that residents arent checked on often enough.

My mother was in this place for 10 months before she passed away. She developed a bed sore on her coccyx which continued to get worse even though she had purchased a special mattress. She was not seen by the wound care nurse until 2 days before she died. The food there was good and they do have activities for the residents but the care level for palliative care leaves something to be desired.
