    They had me sit there for 8 hours and fill out 2 icbc claims. They don't know how to train or they don't want to either way. Waste of time and money getting there

    TERRIBLE The two receptionists were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I stood waiting for over 20mins while 1 woman let her young daughter behind and counter and proceeded to talk about weekend plans. I had also called ahead of time and gave my plate number so they were expecting me yet after they handed over keys and I went to get my car, I had to go and wait AGAIN as they parked a tow truck in front of my car and my car only. Was also overcharged but even $100 wouldn’t be worth going back.
