    Could not find th...

    Could not find the model of my cooktop to replace a part. Went to the Vancouver location of Reliable Parts and Frank spent ten minutes looking for the model and found it online ordered the part and picked it up the next day. No problem with it Thank you Reliable Parts!!

    Poor service

    Ordered part for a 2 year old stove on Dec. 7th... They said a week. Dec. 29th and still no parts! I cancelled the order and will fix it myself or find the part in the states on my next visit. Looked very busy, all waiting customers were unhappy with their service and interactions with staff. Some they had been back several times with parts that didn't fit. Never again Reliable Parts, you lost me and my friends business forever. I ranted on CL and various social media sites as well. FTW
