CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency - not only for the unknown, but for the unknowable. After looking at all sport and physical tasks collectively, we asked what physical skills and adaptations would most universally lend themselves to performance advantage.     With the exceptio...

    With the exception of Ty this place is an absolute disappointment. I spent way too much time injured and I contribute that to the poor quality of coaching and supervision. There were way too many people in a class for the coaches to effectively monitor and if you were not a young attractive woman or one of the people who competed for the gym then you were ignored.
