Fresh Look (formerly Sears) Carpet Upholstery and Air Duct Cleaning

We have used Fresh Look for several years now and always have been 100% satisfied. The staff are super friendly and the technicians very polite. I had my Vents and Air Ducks cleaned today by a young man by the name of Justin...He's one awesome guy! He was polite, considerate, and a very conscientious worker! Having him here working was as comfortable as if he was family. If I had a business I would steal him from Fresh Look:) I was more than satisfied!

Steve came yesterday to clean our carpets which were badley stained and he did a fantastic job. Some stains wouldn't come out but that was through no fault of Steves. The carpet is quite old and he made it look almost new. I would recommend this company to anyone who asked. 5 Stars to Freshlook

Called for my mothers tired old pink rug throughout her patio home. Very stained and very noticeable walking marks. The fellow did a really great job and was very friendly. Took the time to discuss and explain the drying process. The rug came out almost like new and I do mean that.

Very friendly and professional all around -- I requested a quote and received a response very quickly. I was able to book the appointment for the next day and the technician did a great job cleaning my mattress. Amazing customer service!
