I had a appt. For Friday, but due to power outage changed it to today. Took my little long haired chi. In absolutely DISCUSTED..terrible job, they cut of her little bontaloons at the back they cut some of her fur off top she is uneven...Barb said she would just do like last time her nails underpads, and just tidy up, I AM DISCUSTED...have had a good cry...NEVER NEVER AGAIN.....
