I have just moved to kelowna and was highly referred to Amici's salon and spa by a few friends whom have lived in kelowna for a number of years. When I booked for a appointment for a haircut and foils I was so impressed of the professional customer service over the phone. The receptionist was very accommodating to my schedule. My entire salon experience was great from the min. I walked in the door.loved the positive friendly clean updated atmosphere and loved my stylist Chayla I was referred to.

Excellent service Best hair colour ever

I have been having my hair done by Connie at Amici's for the past 2 years. Connie has a great knowledge of hair colouring and always recommends the perfect treatment to keep my hair colour fresh and consistent. I had problems with other salons turning my hair too red/orange or too dark. Connie always predicts exactly what my hair will look like after the treatment and it always looks great. She makes great suggestions that look great on me. Thank you Connie.

New designs and good atmosphere

I had my wedding hair and makeup done at this salon recently and was very impressed with the service of hair and make up, as well as their modern styles. The salon was able to accommodate my bridal party of 5 with no problems and we even finished ahead of schedule. I did notice that the 2nd make up artist was not as experienced as the one I had. Other than that, everything was great. There is lots of street parking and they also provide other spa services. I would recommend this salon to any bridal party.

Worst Service Ever!

I booked in to get Bio Sculpture Nails done. The first appointment I made they ended up cancelling on me cause the girl apparently had food poisoning. I rebook in and got the worst nails I have ever had! I'm embarrassed to have them and when I went back to tell them about it they wouldn't reimburse me my money but said they would only fix the nails that needed to be redone. Apparently my time is worth nothing so wasting it is no big deal. I wasn't happy with the service or the follow up.
