Bug Master Pest Control

I had a huge wasps's nest and now, thankfully they are gone. Steve was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

Saved us a fortune

In November 2011, shortly after my wife and I came home from traveling to London, England and Istanbul, Turkey we woke up with bites all over our bodies. We found little red bugs in our mattress . After an extensive google session we determined we had picked up bed bugs. After cleansing the house and room thoroughly over the next few hours (which included bagging all our clothes and bedding as well as hauling our bed to the dump) it occurred to us we had yet to call pest control. Steve from bug master showed up very promptly, investigated the house and then drove to the dump to investigate the mattress. Hes concluded that we had carpet beetle larva rather then bed bugs attacking us! Steve could have easily sold us into a bed bug treatment of thousands of dollars and we would have been happy to pay! Instead he was very professional and treated the carpet beetle for hundreds of dollars. Money well spent! It is now Feb 2012 and Steve has come back to ensure the problem is solved which it has been. Thanks Steve you really saved us on this one!
