I've eaten Sushi all over the area and O-Zeki's is by far the best Sushi for Kelowna. No wonder its always a full house. Parking is limited outside the main doors, but free parking is right across the street. The staff is great and the food always comes quickly! Try it!
Hands down, one of the best Japanese restaurants in the Okanagan Valley. I've grown attached to this restaurant so much, my girlfriend and I drop in at least twice a month. Being a former resident of Toronto, which is flooded with hundreds of Authentic Japanese restaurants, I must say, being an Asian myself, O-Zeki's is one of my favorites. O-Zeki's, serving only Authentic Japanese Cuisine, is undeniably the best in Kelowna by far. I've been to others, and they just didn't cut it. The service is great, discrete and the private dining layout they have in the restaurant makes you feel very comfortable. A most wonderful and peaceful atmosphere - the dining experience almost makes you feel as though you were eating in Japan! The food is absolutely delicious, healthy, cooked to perfection, and the kitchen complies to every custom detail you request of your food. The food is served fresh, hot and usually comes within 20 minutes! Service is fast! Despite the Japanese staff not being able to speak English as well - it is expected to this degree of authenticity. Regardless, they are extremely polite, courteous and usually get your order correct on the first time. On the extremely *rare* occasion they prepare or present the wrong order, they are very quick to get it fixed to your very satisfaction. I would definitely come here for absolutely ANY occasion, as it is appropriate for most! You will *not* be disappointed! Hope this helps!
My brother and I go here for lunch at least once every other week. We love the food and the atmosphere is wonderful. My 3 year old is now hooked on sushi as well.
this is my altime fave thing to eat. it's got rice chicken and teriaky sauce on it. then i little salad, a couple california rolls and veggie and prawn tempura! mmmm so tastey
A rare gem among the many Japanese restaurants in Kelowna, as their service, atmosphere and quality of food was superior in every respect. The amount of the sushi portions was excellent, and the freshness of the sushi and sashimi served was remarkable for an interior city outside the lower mainland and Vancouver. The service was also excellent, even though they were extremely busy that night, they did not forget to maintain an excellent level of customer service, and importantly, they did not forget to constantly check to make sure that we were getting our food and drink items promptly. I would highly recommend this establishment, as they were a truly enjoyable culinary experience. I would compare them to some of the best Japanese restaurants anywhere. Try and enjoy, your tastebuds will not be disappointed unless you hate Sushi, but they also had many excellent cooked foods that the "non-adventurous" members of our dinner party prefered to eat. A great Chicken Teryaki by the way, as I could not help trying it by borrowing a piece from my wife's plate.
