    Great experience!...

    Great experience! It was great to deal with Russo Auto Sales in kelowna. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to buy when I walked into the sales office. Gene Russo,the owner quickly helped me figure out what vehicle would serve me best, not having what I wanted on his lot, he spent considerable time searching for and eventually finding me the perfect vehicle and for a great price. Thank for a great experience.

    TYPICAL USED CAR DEALER

    BE CAUTIOUS, i was interested in a vehicle they had. i had the vehicle inspected at the local gm dealership AND paid the inspection fee. i provided a written offer. they countered, I asked for a few more photos as this was all done by internet as I do not live in Kelowna. Terry Strynadka stated he would send me the photos by days end. the next email i received CAR SOLD for full asking price. very poor, we were in negotiations, asked for the 70$ for the inspection, told NO
