Applewood Langley Kia

I was driving a 2013 Kia Rio and absolutely loved it! after driving it for 2 years and the over 240,000 KMs from the previous owner I did have to say goodbye to it. I came to applewood looking for the exact same vehicle, model and color and to my surprise John had my Exact car on the lot! John was extremally knowledgeable and friendly with me, he and Nelson made sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle. Jenny and Gagan in the finance office were patient, helpful and made sure I felt confident.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst dealership ever. I was quoted an hour for a simple oil change and it took them over 3 hours. If they had given me an accurate estimation I could've went somewhere else but every time I asked how much longer they would say 20 min. more. - and this is not the first time this has happened, but every single time I've needed this done. Never buy a vehicle from here ever!! Can't wait to get rid of them!

Wouldn't give out privacy policy upon credit application. Said it was too much of a hassle to them.
