We’ve been getting fills and pedicures here for a few years now. The people are lovely and always accommodating. I’m generally very happy with the nails, and any time I’ve been unhappy with something, they were eager to fix it. The pedicures are always great and consistent. I recommend this place to anyone who asks.
Went in yesterday for an upper lip/chin wax and I now have welts all over the area because the lady didn't cool the wax a bit before applying it to my face. I am also missing some skin around my lips from where she repeatedly ripped the paper off my face to ensure every last fuzz was gone. I admire the attention to detail but not at the expense of my skin. I was also charged $4.00 more than what was posted on their sign. Suffice to say I won't being going back.
I used to love this place. Unfortunately the last 4 times of being here my nails have cracked, broken and ripped off throughout the following week of getting them done. it's a shame as I used to really enjoy supporting this business but I will be finding somewhere new.
I was there yesterday with my mom, aunt, two sons (2 years and 4 months). The ladies were so friendly and the one said my toddler could eat a Tim bit of hers and even eat the Apple on display, not only that but when she took her kids to get lunch she brought my son a medium fries from MC Donald's. I was so impressed with her curdious nature and thoughtfulness. Luckily my kids napped on us during most of our nail appointment. Our pedicures are cute and my aunt's acrilic was awesomely done too! :D
I'm Not one to ever say anything bad about a company but absolutely horrible nails! I asked for a gel fill (as my usually envogue nail tech is away on vacation) and I got a horrible full set of acrylic. My nails are horribly long despite asking multiple times to make them shorter. I was nicked with the power drill 3 times to the point of bleeding. I have sever primer burns on all 10 Of my fingers. They ache so bad I've had them dipped in ice water for the past 3 hours to get a bit of relief. All and all atrocious experience. Do not go here!!!
I'm sorry to say but although the lady who did my acrylics was lovely, I had to go back the next day to have repairs done on 2 nails that cracked overnight!I had less expensive nails last for 3 weeks w/no chips/ cracks/splits...2 days after my repair, I had 6 more cracks/splits. 50.00 & tip! My nails look like garbage. I have to go somewhere else, can't afford nails that don't last a week! Lovely people, bad quality :( Steven can contact me if he wants to remedy this. Thanks
