Mill Bay Traditional Martial Arts Dojo is devoted to working with all our students to discover their own best potential, and achieve their own best results. Sensei Pat Horgan teaches both the Tai Chi Chuan and Karate classes and has been training in Martial Arts for over 15 years. His main studies are Shorinji Ryu Karate Do, Tai Chi Chuan, Kobudo and Daito Ryu Aiki-Jujutsu.     Mill Bay has no idea how lucky we are.

    This has been a really nice experience for me. I am new to this dojo and the instructor is excellent. I feel very welcome. He is an excellent communicator and very passionate regarding his teachings. Everyone was very kind and supportive at the dojo. Other students encouraged me when I was learning. In all my travels, I have yet to find a better instructor. Mill Bay has no idea how lucky we are.

    The place to train and have fun!

    What an honest and down to earth Sensei at this school. I would recommend you try this school if you are interested in getting a good workout, learning self-defense, learning discipline, and having a fun time while learning. I tried a couple of the free trial classes to see if I liked it and I will be joining next week. See you in the Dojo!
