Staff Goes Out Of Their Way To Help

We live in Mission and were looking for a weedeater. We thought we'd drive to Abbotsford to get one then remembered Mission had a Rona store. We decided to check it out. They didn't have a weedeater in stock, but the fellow in customer service said an order had just come in and he would check it. There were some delivered and he had to go upstairs to the attic to look for one (as they hadn't been put on the shelf yet). We were astounded that someone would go to that much trouble to make sure we got what we wanted. Way to go Mission Rona! We'll be back based on that great customer service.

Not very organized

I like the stafff at this store. I just find the store very disorganized, it can never locate anything. This could be due to the size of this location(small). They usually have everything i need in stock, i just can't find it without the any assistance.
