Fountain Tire

Brought our newer Explorer in for an alignment and 4 tire change overs. I had emailed in advance asking if the alignment and tire work could be done properly, without damage. Was assured that it could be, as other shops had not been able to complete the work without issues. Damaged 3 of my wheels, vehicle pulls, steering wheel off, couldn't air up tires properly, vibrates above 95kmhr. No attempt to make things right after concerns brought forth. Poor service.

This is a large shop with well trained and polite staff. I would not hesitate to return there. I sometimes feel these places are just there to upsell you - not here. They offer good old fair dealing.

I had an appointment booked to get my new winter tires put on my car. I had asked for a quote for rims and when I declined after hearing the amount, the guy suddenly asked if my tires were new and where I had bought them. When I told him Cedar Tire he suddenly said they would not be putting my tires on. He mumbled some stupid excuse about being liable for another companies tires etc but then said he just didn't have time. This was the worst customer service I have had in years.
