Mobile Snap Woodgrove Centre

I bought a case to protect my new phone. A few days later I heard something drop on the sidewalk, turned around and saw my phone and case laying there. The belt clip was still on my belt. I took it back to Mobile Snap at Woodgrove Centre. Clerk said I couldnt exchange it because it was damaged!

Called in advance to find out if they can replace broken screen on my cell, and made sure that they have all parts in stock. They assured me they got everything, come by tomorrow will be done in an hour. Next day after an hour and a half trip, watched them searching through boxes for another 20 min, to find out they can not help me, because they dont have parts.. very disappointed.

they replace a part , sim card didnt fit in properly and now they wont refund the money spent and black apple cellular said they refund up to 3 months on all their work so go to black apple
