    Rats and Dampness

    Rats: found 5 dead in my storage unit one in the process of decomposing what a smell! coming in to unit through the roof, and big area of heavy dampness on the floor near the wall between units. Lots of pictures. Read their home page this is State of the Art?

    According to our Pest Control Company, those 5 rats did not get in through the roof of our building.They can not chew through a Metal roof. But... if you leave the locker door open, they do go in without being seen very quickly.unless of course they were brought in with your goods when you moved in! Both lockers on either side have never had any rat problems.Our buildings are concrete & steel. No wood anywhere. Before you left for a year you told us that there was A rat in your locker, we gave you a free months rent & offered you a new locker but you refused to move. Our Pest Control company examined the rat & said it had been dead for a very long time & that it got in but could not get out. so its only way in was through your open door.
