    As a regular clie...

    As a regular client at TD Turner Road, my experience has consistently been both professional and positive. The staff there are great and know be my name. The ladies give me personalized service that is unmatched by any financial institution I have done business with through the years. In the few times I have had an issue, I have escalated problem and it was solved on-the-spot. I came away surprised and pleased by the level of service and commitment to my business needs.

    The bank manager ...

    The bank manager Jenny, when told about poor customer service not only yelled at me on the phone she told me if I'm unhappy to take my business to another bank and not return. I have not only complained to top management I have changed to ICBC. Not only is customer service better, they have also given me a better interest rate. TD bank has lost my loyalty permanently.
