Poor English Argued with me about my fridge . Didn't call me.back for 24 hours All around just poor general customer service and to top it off he hung up on me and didn't answer my call again

Came to diagnose problem still.did not figure it out charged me 75$. Problem not solved im still.back to square one but out 75 dollars couldnt explain to me why he charged me for doing nothing also showed up 3 hours late
