    Contacted Mr. Pigott three weeks ahead of time about doing a business sales transaction to represent the purchaser. I emailed Mr. Pigott once the sales intent letter was completed and phoned twice all over a 5 day period of time with no returned email or phone call even though I made it clear to the people I spoke to on the phone the importance as well as the time sensitivity to the transaction. Mr. Pigott has reached out and will be working on the file. hope to build a solid relationship.
