Nutraways

Nobody at the store answers the phone... ever!

I have been shopping at Nutraways for many years. While there are a number of good health food stores on the North Shore, Nutraways has consistently provided excellent, well informed service, and competitive prices.

I haven't found better prices on the lower mainland, than Nutraways and their parent company Vitasave. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I no longer live in North Vancouver, I frequently drive there to shop at Nutraways.

this morning I came to the store to buy coriander.,an employe came and told me the store was closed.I mentioned I was reading the sign they are looking for help. The lady blond I think looked me up and down and told me they are already full. I was really offended since I only mentioned I was reading the sign on the door.She didn't have to judge and assume I was applying but even if I was it was no way to treat me. I will be taking my business to supplements up the street .

I was in today looking for advice on iron/thyroid supplements. The person I spoke to pointed out where they were and then ignored me. Definitely didn't help, I felt unimportant to her day, not good customer service. I put back the items I was going to buy and left.
