    They committed to doing a job they couldn’t complete, saying to hire an electrician. They were unprofessional and there were safety concerns.

    Like dealing with the three stooges. Excuses made for every incompetent move . Poor communication, when they encountered difficulties, they floundered and placed the onus on the client to find a solution. Completely negative experience.
