    Not recommend her for serious business.

    Sima is very pleasant herself but don't expect much if things don't go the way planned. Do not recommend her for property transfer business as the level of communication is very low and left to lasi minute which means high chance of loosing your money and your property. Use a lawyer instead. It's worth the money.
