Terrible service, performed unauthorized work on our vehicle without approval and was brash when we confronted them with it, they offered a tiny discount after being pressed. Went through BBB complaint process and found other similar complaints, company was unwilling to resolve the issue. Work that was performed was good, but over-priced and customer service was horrible, do not recommend.

I was in Osoyoos ...

I was in Osoyoos in the summer of 2014 when the A/C compressor on my car died (and it was hitting +40C outside). Dean's was the only garage in town that was able to order the parts and do the job fast. Dean and his team were very professional and helpful. Nine months later, that A/C compressor quit on me again here in Vancouver, apparently it was a mechanical failure. I gave Dean a call and he helped me to get it replaced locally under warranty at no cost to me, outstanding customer service!
