Port McNeill & District Hospital North Island

I called from Winnipeg to determine if a family member was a patient at this hospital. I called twice and still did not get a definitive answer. The main operator put me on an extension which no one answered, both times. I was told by a close friend of his that he was in the hospital, which I assumed would be this hospital since he lives in Port McNeill. Would certainly appreciate some help on this matter.
