GoodLife Fitness Prince George River Point Landing

One star goes for the very convenient location and friendly staff. Advertisements all over outer building that they are a 24 hour gym but close at 6 sat / sun and don’t open up until 6 am. Weekdays close at 10 pm. Less hours then any regular gym in town ? When getting membership they claimed they would eventually be going to 24 hr but that was an empty promise.. Prince George location isn’t the best GoodLife.

Plenty of great equipment and classes, friendly staff!

Under no circumstances will I return Goodlife Fitness. Reactivating my account and charging me for three months without telling me is not how you run a business. I said cancel, they wanted a compromise for a hold. I said OK. A month later, they start charging me because they failed to say how long the hold was for. Head office then refused to escalate this, claiming its a he said / she said situation between me and the manager.
