I called the first time. I asked, “ can I get a ride from Gyu Kaku Japanese bbq restaurant near the lansdown skytrain station?” The gentleman said “sorry we cant take you to Vancouver at this hour since we dont drop in Vancouver.” “Oh okay thanks.” I said I called Vancouver taxi and they told me the opposite. I caled richmond again n he replied with a sigh. I told him why he lied to me. Then he took his time to waste my time to finally say theres no Gyu kaku in richmond. Only one in Broadway.

We had less than 45 mins to get from the Seair terminal to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (during rush hour) and our driver did it with courtesy and safety and under the quoted fare. Excellent service

Poor service Do not trust Drivers

I did not have a good experience with Richmond Cabs.As a resident of Richmond, used Richmond Cabs in the Past. I was wishing to order a Taxi to Richmond Casino. After trying 11 times, I couldn't get in touch with a dispatcher.I walked 2 k in rain at night before being able to finally get a Richmond Cab at Gas station,during my trip I was informed by driver that this was my fault. R.cabs return home and my new cell dropped from pocket/paying,called in dispatch,driver could not be contacted.
