B&N Delivery Service

They showed up an hour late on delivery day and said they didn’t have the hose to hook up the dryer so we would have to rebook. Then I was told they would be back 8-11 the next day to finish the job and after that time passed I called in and was told the time frame was 11-3! Just “sorry” and that was all. Guys were rammy and had to bail ASAP after “dumping” the washer/dryer. Extremely disappointed and I am STILL here waiting for them to show up!! Terrible communication and service

The worst customer service. Were suppose to deliver a stove to me. I took an unpaid day off to accommodate their 4 hour delivery window an in the end they claimed they couldnt get up my driveway and would send a smaller truck to deliver my stove.... in three days. I explained we had a huge moving truck get up the driveway and that I cannot afford to take another day off and that Id be over week without a stove, but even their manager didnt care. Ended up canceling my stove order. AWFUL.

They delivered a fridge to my home, and when the fridge was moved, the floor was ripped up. I was blamed. It could have been either or.
