I was most impressed with the workmanship and the care taken to install my new furnace. My old furnace had a hodgepodge of connections to my forced air system. This was all stripped out and a custom connection replaced all the old system. The work was done in a timely fashion and my new system is working wonderfully well.. I purchased a new York from Proair Heating and Cooling (Steve Genn) in Salmon Arm a couple of years ago. I have had excellent service from them. Reliable, professional and left my place spotless.
