Zero Stars Rude drivers and no accountability since offices are in the States

There is a pandemic going on. We are stuck at home, consuming more, and unable to use our own shopping bags so naturally we are going to have a little more waste than usual. I am sorry if our bin was a little heavy, but could you not have taken at least one bag? Sorry I wasnt brave enough to buy an extra pickup sticker. if you have back problems or are just too weak to pick up a few extra pounds once in a while, perhaps you should get out of the essential service industry. My hero. Not.

They have an absurd policy of not taking a garbage bin if it weighs more than 44lbs. My 11 year old daughter can lift more than that. They have left our bin three times when it has been 1 or 2 lbs over the limit. They do not answer their phone (we have tried calling on a number of occasions to complain) and they do not have any voicemail facility or even a website with email address. You would have thought our council would replace them but I guess procurement dept. is not doing due diligence

They just cant make the right decisions on loading order screws other truck for ferries.

Poor because they make no effort to service if there is the slightest adversity. Really wimpy.
