Terrible employee
Phoned about a product put on hold for 38 minutes while Shayleen spoke to a male friend. The phone would not disconnect therefore unable to use it. Whenever I picked up the phone she was still talking to her friend. Had someone living by the store, go in and have them take my call. They wouldn't give me the info I requested:managers info/ customer complaint line, etc.
