The system to book and cancel appointments is impersonal as it goes through another medical offices receptionists. There have been mistakes on my file.

As a paying visitor the doc was not very well up on the fact that there are many types of pneumonia not only one with high temp and audible noice in lungs. Having had lung problems for 65+ years I feel I should have been listened to. After 2 weeks I am no better but choose not to go through a 1 hour+ wait to see a doc but take my chances on my long flight back to Sweden and seek help there. Being 70+ there is a risk to being ill for so long but the doc just seemed to want to be rid of me!

I got what I phoned for.
