    Unhelpful, unorganised, and unprofessional.

    I had THE WORST experience with TotemTravel, dealing with Angie. My partner was unable to join me on our all inclusive Baja Mexico vacation so I contacted Angie with many months of advanced warning looking for options & she told me theres NOTHING she could do, and I will be charged MORE!! When I showed up to the resort solo I was told I would be refunded!? Then I contacted Sunwing Vacations when I got back & they said all I had to do was contact them prior to the trip for my refund!!! Useless.

    Both Totem Travel and the Tour Company bent over backwards to accommodate this client, but she was very unreasonable and nothing would satisfy her. We take great pride in our reputation providing the best travel experience for all of our clients.
