Priest Valley Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation

I've had great experiences with Priest Valley. The staff has always been excellent and very respectful of my time. I've seen Carey for multiple injuries, he's fantastic, and I know that they have the best hand injury physio's in the Okanagan.

Unprofessional. I arrived early as requested. 15 minutes after appt time I checked to make sure i hadnt made a mistake and was told he often runs late. Fine, stuff happens but I was annoyed that I wasnt informed of this. I waited a bit longer but after 30 mins and having read review of person who said they waited 45 I left. I said I might rebook and asked if this would happen again. I was told that I should expect it and be prepared to wait. Unacceptable

Heard Richard was excellent, but I'll never know. Showed up 10mins early as requested and then waited another 45 with no explanation. There are many Physio clinics in this town, go somewhere they respect your time. I left untreated having missed work to be there and paid for parking.

excellent people work there. i have been going for over two years now as i had 2 accidents and i have a rare disease. Garrett has gone out of his way for myself and family. wonderful and awesome highly recommend this place to everyone...
