stephanie booked me in with herself. she didn't listen. I asked for Ombre and she did weird pink streaks and a color wash over my crown. It looked horrendous and very amateur. Charged me $300 with no solution to fix it. The owner didn't help. Horrible service. I cried. I hated it. And she talked about her personal problems the whole time and made me feel very awkward about her financial woes, like she was fishing for "pity-tips". I hated the experience and my hair needs to be fixed.

Loved the salon, loved my hair dresser Stephanie and my whole experience was awesome! I will definitely be going back!

They lied to me. ...

They lied to me. Put Demi dye in my hair when I asked for permanent. And when I went back to ask why the colour had washed out, they would only offer to fix it by them touching my hair. This happened more than once, I paid a lot for my hair to be dyed and when I told them I'm not letting them touch my hair again they did nothing. Not to mention the stylist was defensive from the start, however the owner tried but doesn't understand how costumer service works! Now I have to pay even more to get m
