Booked an appointment with Langford Kal Tire on Millstream Road and arrived 10m early. Told it would be about an hour.
1hr 20min later I came back to see my car had not moved. Asked a service person at the front counter and was told "it is in process" and "we will text you when it is done. But again told it will be over an hour more. Poor service and dismissive.
Absolutely terrible service. First, scratched the hell out of my brand new mustang rims. Did a flat repair without consent and tried to charge me for it. And when commenting that my rims were heavily damaged nothing was done about it. Will never be going back again. And will tell everyone I know to never go there. Terrible terrible terrible.
I bring my SUV for tire swap twice a year and store my unused tires with them. I like to stay in the lounge while the work is done because the level of customer service these folks provide is a joy to listen to. They are polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and won’t try to sell you on something you don’t need. I’m always greeted with a smile, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
Stopped in today to get 2 trailer hitch balls removed and 1 different one installed on my trailer receiver hitch. Done right away and better yet, no charge ! Awesome service ,

We brought our truck to Kal-tire for an alignment. They told us they were unable to do the alignment and that it would need $1200 of work. We had just brought it from our mechanic and were shocked that it had been missed. We ended up taking elsewhere for a quote and they advised us there was nothing wrong with the truck, and that it looked like Kal-tire was just trying to up sell us on something. We are very disappointed that e is how they choose to do business and will not be using them again
They gave me amazing service. I did shop around and found with Kal Tires warranties, Quality product and guarantee you cant beat em. They gave me a free full inspection and did not try and up sell me on anything, i found them very honest. Wow and these Nokian Tires are Amazing!
I would highly recommend that you seek a second opinion prior to committing to any additional repairs that they find at this location to verify that it is actually required.
