Service was substandard at best. Tony was busy at drop off, and told me to leave my speaker with him and that he would call me back about the process as he was on a phone call. After 3 weeks of waiting and multiple calls/visits, no problem could be found, however it was demanded that I pay $30 for the consult. There was no notification of this, no call back after the drop off as promised, and no follow up along the way. I still paid in the end, but this is poor business practice to not notify.
