Tony's TV & Stereo Ltd

Service was substandard at best. Tony was busy at drop off, and told me to leave my speaker with him and that he would call me back about the process as he was on a phone call. After 3 weeks of waiting and multiple calls/visits, no problem could be found, however it was demanded that I pay $30 for the consult. There was no notification of this, no call back after the drop off as promised, and no follow up along the way. I still paid in the end, but this is poor business practice to not notify.

my TV had problem as it cannot power on. Tony had fixed my problem. Now i will monitor the performance after repair. Good job Tony. ACM

Took my 25 year old stereo amp into Tony's on the advice of Sound Hounds because I was getting static crackling whenever I turned the volume, source or other knobs. He looked it over and did a thorough cleaning and it is now as good as new and will probably last another 25 years. I spent $70 instead of $1,000 on a new amp. I would highly recommend Tony's to anyone with good stereo equipment they want maintained, repaired or cleaned.

My Samsung TV would turn off once or twice an evening, so I called Tony's TV and a repairman came out. He didn't seem to have a lot of knowledge about the problem and after taking it all apart and putting back together again, the TV would not turn on at all. I was charged @ 120 for a house call that resolved nothing. He then advised that he would have to take the tv to the shop. Five days later I got a bill for an additional $ 200 and the TV was returned to me with the same issues. Disgusting.

fixed my subwoofer for an extremely low price, unbelievably nice guy and fast, highly recommend!

Excellent service...

Excellent service. Came to house the same day I called. Service man arrived within the time frame quoted. TV part was replaced and TV was up and running in half an hour. Part required was available in the truck. Price was reasonable. Couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend.
