Wish I could give them zero stars! I unfortunately have been a customer with Start for a year. They have failed on almost every aspect of service. I have had about 10+ hours of my life wasted while on the phone with these ,not so welcoming, service representatives. I have had 7 technicians come out to my residences to try and fix the problem. They leave and everything is fine for a couple days. Then the same issues occurs. I was promised 3 months of credit but they only delivered on 1!!!
3 times didnt show up for installation. Not impressed at all.
Awful service. Constant interruptions. Customer service passes buck and makes promises, only to reneg on them almost immediately. Awful, awful, awful.
Best ISP in london. Always kind and honest and available 24/7. I love how if you are having problems with speeds, they will literally do it with turbomeeting (similar to teamviewer 12), and just do the work and fix it. They are the cheapest and constant company in regard to payments. No hidden fees and i pay the same month to month. My internet has gone down in price twice in two years for faster speed. They are great, can't say enough food things about them.
Had this provider for many years. I am very happy with the service and prices. Constant speeds, and talked to tech many times with all cases handled professionally. Keep up the great work START!!!!!
Poor, to say the least. Misleading, inaccurate, incomplete information over the phone lead to two trips to their downtown office to pay a 50 dollar installation fee and first month of service... before they would even book an installation appointment. Paid cash and told installation would be within 5 business days - A few days later voice mail informed installation in 16 days. Misleading, incorrect, incompetent. What they say and what the do are very different. Offered 10 bucks for my troubles..
