Does not respond to calls or e-mails. Seems constantly flustered. Poor attention to detail. Not worth the hassle

This business has a habit of not responding to inquiries (phone or email) and does not follow through on phone calls employee says she will return. I have wasted too much time waiting for a call regarding my late fathers estate and have taken my business elsewhere.
