    I have tried to buy product from Equifax, but unfortunately it shows error two times and each time it has charged my credit card. Next month it has charged my credit card combining both the charges. I have called the agents more than 20 times. All are nonsense and idiots. Could not solve my problem. each time I call they said they have escalated to billing department and I will get my money back by 4 to 5 days. But even after 3 months I have not got my money. I am struggling with these nonsense

    They told me it was mandatory to provide my SIN. When I looked at the form they gave me it clearly stated providing my SIN was optional. It took my escalating the matter to a manager for them to finally back down. I have a right to my credit information. Equifax clearly takes every two to make that access as difficult as possible. Where is the government? Why don’t they help? Where are the regulations to make something as important to all of us more transparent and more accessible.

    Worst experience ever. Different people different stories. Refuse to transfer to supervisor. One business says they need to fax them so we can fix their problem but Equifax refuse. I am amazed how uneducated the front people that answer calls are. Some guy couldn’t understand and kept just repeating same thing which was unrelated to the problem they caused. I gave up and now confused as what I have to do to fix what they e done. Supervisor left message with no number and name lol. Pathetic

    Terrible service. Call Center they use is a joke. No cx service skills. Not able to resolve issues. Not able to talk to managers. Pressing 1 for English and you get someone who doesnt understand English (good job recruiter). Put through an investigation and upon digging deeper into the situation we found out they were given this info in 2016 and Equifax did not update their information and this has ruined my score for 2 years.

    Very hard to contact to talk to someone. I have been trying to resolve a problem with my profile now going on 3 months. I was 1st told someone would call me in 4-5 days, no call after 2 weeks had to call them back. When I was contacted I was asked to fax them my information so them could confirm. Waited 4-5 weeks to hear back, so I called to find out what the delay was. I was told they did not receive my fax, refaxed information and am currently still waiting to hear back.

    poor service ,

    no person to answer your call. they only looking for every one to buy the credit report. but I have already one. I called three different numbers, one place thye gave me number in the US to call. They direct me back to this previous number. it is found ALL USELESS. I WANT TO UPDATE MY INFO SINCE THEY HAVE WRONG NAMES ON THE FILE. I DONT THINK THEY CARE.

    I would have given a lower score. I have used their services for years for a one time charge. But this time in Jun2017. When I thought I paid for a one time service I later discovere that Equifax charged me July23 & August 23. When I called to dispute. I got direct to a call centre in India. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told unfortunately nothing they can do. They also saw for themselves that I got charged for a service I didn't use. And was told we it was there for you when you want

    Terrible service. I applied to get report on their website and was charged but then received a message that I needed to call to verify my ID. Called to verify was charged again while not being refunded for the first time. DO NOT BE MISTAKEN, THESE GUYS ARE HERE TO MAKE MONEY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FINANCIAL WELL BEING.

    Mulitiple Duplicates

    I Found Mulitiple duplicates that dragged my score down. So Equifax Canada gathers this information. They give you a score and give out all the information they have gathered to possible lenders for car, mortgages. Do they ensure that the information they are giving on you is correct? NO! They can be out slandering your name and credit history and you don't even know it
