Had an appointment with this company to come out and do some electrical repairs. They were 30 minutes late so I decided to phone to see what was going on - turns out they got a so called emergency call and would not be coming to my place. What bugs me is they did not have the guts to phone and tell me they would not be coming. I took a day off work for nothing. Not a very dependable company.
