Lisa did 4 mortgages for us in the past. Prompt. Courteous and knowledgable. How ever this last one she held out application far far to long waiting for an employment letter for my wife. Then she got it but only applied with mine. Then she found out the banks would not touch our mortgage because the job start date was after the possesion date. She should have know this and did not. She ran the clock out and could not get us a lender.
