    Was looking for a...

    Was looking for a key to be made for our van,called our dealer and the price was $$$$.Ordered a key online at the fraction of the quoted price from the dealer.Called several other lock and key places and was told to call wildwood lock & security for this type of key to be made.Owner was great and very clear on how this would or wouldn't be able to work with the key that was bought online,he had other options if it didn't work.Key was picked up and dropped off by the owner that day and he made sure it worked in our van. Fast,easy service and fair price. The way it should be. Jeff

    They may do good ...

    They may do good work but their service is terrible! My neighbour had her locks rekeyed today and she came over tonight locked out and asked me to call her locksmith. Soon I could hear the locksmith YELLING at her. I took the phone and asked him to calm down and explain what he'd done. Soon he was YELLING at me and service charges to make another trip. It turned out that the locks did work. However, I don't know how a company with such poor regard for his customers could stay in business.
