Ive received a home phone message that my RRSP appointment is cancelled on Tuesday Aug14@2pm. I called back All the Bmo kilcona phone numbers, All I got was Answering machines. All the time! Very Poor customer service! Even the call centre was busy for 20-30 minutes. ARE YOU ALL ON COFFEE BREAKS. Please let there be a Human being to stay and answer phone calls and Not re booting from one message to another. Thank you. Js
