would give 0 stars if I could! they didn’t fix all of the damage that my mpi claim approved, then promised to order the parts that day & get it fixed asap (they even offered to let me keep my rental car until the part was in & damage repaired, which i declined as the car was still safe to drive)then they called 2 weeks later saying they lost the pictures of the damaged parts & asked me to send pics so they could order parts, then another week later said they aren’t going to do to the work

It took 3 1/2 weeks to end up with a bumper that doesn’t line up and a flicker on my dash lights that can’t be diagnosed. I am on the hook for the diagnostic fee that resolved nothing. So now I have an electrical issue and a misaligned bumper. No I would not recommend them.

They don’t care your vehicle at all. At first they were at least nice and polite. But when they figured out it’s a tough job, all they wanted to do was to get rid of you. No fix at all. They staff didn’t even want to give you information. Stay away from them. Find a small auto service shop which cares about their business.

We took our car to Birchwood Collision Centre after a fairly serious accident, thinking that, because they were connected to a Kia dealership, it would be the fastest option for repair, that was December 11th, 2017. Just yesterday, March 16th, 2018; the car is finally back home. It was returned with oil and antifreeze leaks, which were not present before the accident, yet they say were not a result of the accident or poor workmanship on their part, but rather our 12km drive home. Never again

Birchwood Collision Center had the best service I've ever had. They were very professional from start to finish. The car looked new both inside and out. Thanks Birchwood!

I was very impressed by the service I received when I had my 2016 Escape repaired. The staff was very professional and had a rental vehicle ready for me. The repairs were done in a timely manner and my vehicle was returned to me in very clean condition

I won't let Birchwood Collision Centre fix my little red wagon!

It took 5 days before I could get my car in to just be evaluated for parts required to repair. Informed I would be given a car while mine was being assessed for 3 hours. Arrived at appointment to find out I would have to pay for a rental if I wanted a car. It also took 5 hours for them to assess my vehicle. I had to call them to find out the status. Otherwise I would not have had it for weekend. Now to wait for appointment to repair. Poor time management and customer service.

Long time (close to a month) waiting to just assess the damage on for repair on a front bumber collision of a BMW. I think a certified center that is associated with a BMW dealership should be better equipped. Very disappointing and frustrating!

Birchwood Collision Centre -poor workmanship

Birchwood Collision Center equals poor workmanship, messy, sloppy, unprofessional, slow avoid at all cost. I had the misfortune to take my newer model vehicle to Birchwood Collision Center after a minor accident . What was supposed to be - according to Birchwood - a 5 day job, turned into a prolonged 4 week ordeal. Their inability to match new paint with the original paint left me speechless. While struggling to repair vehicle's body damage sustained during the accident Birchwood's staff kept on damaging other parts of the vehicle. Their fruitless attempt to fix the damage correctly led them to chip the paint on other parts of the vehicle unrelated to the accident damage. A list of mishaps includes; spray painting black plastic grill, black plastic moldings ( original paint is light ), spray painting parts of rather pricey aluminum wheel rims and windshield, moldings are incorrectly installed ( took me one full day to clean all that mess ) To add insult to injury I suspect that while my vehicle was in their possession they had a bigger mishap with it since the other side of the vehicle is spray painted with the mismatched paint. Needless to say I will not ask Birchwood for any more repairs and fixes since I am extremely afraid to leave my vehicle in their possession unattended. Two gentlemen working in the customer office are super nice, too bad they have the misfortune to work for such a Mickey Mouse outlet. Nightmare on 1 Owen St Avoid at all cost.

Great service, very fast

My car was vandalized pretty bad, my rear window was smashed, spoiler, trunk, rear quarter panel all dented and scratched, and my rear speakers above the headrests were shattered. The guys at birchwood were extremely friendly and helpful in what can be a hectic time. This was the first time I'd ever had damage on my vehicle. From the day of the accident I had my car back and in perfect condition. It was in the shop for about a week and a half. The paint is matched perfectly and they matched the tint on my windows as well. This place is great and I would trust them with any repair job on any vehicle. Thanks guys!
