Terrible! Super disappointed with blowout. Stylist ripped out extensions that had just been put in the day before @ different salon (same person has put in extensions MANY times & they’ve NEVER come out). Could feel stylist tugging HARD (it hurt!) but she claims they just “fell” out. Charged a fortune to put them back in (& only put half back!) was in a rush for event, no time to argue but contacted management later-–kept criticizing my reg. stylist (who put extensions in) VERY unprofessional!
